PROFILE:
REDCO Engineering & Construction Corp.
REDCO Engineering & Construction Corp. is a multifaceted design/build company. Established in 1982, REDCO is a second generation General Contracting company with both in-house Architects and Engineers. Single source responsibility, qualified in-house professionals, and experienced project managers have enabled REDCO to design, receive approvals, and construct many diversified facilities. Time and time again REDCO’s clients have been pleasantly surprised by their economical approach to building design and construction.
Under the vision of Gregory J. Redington P.E. & P.P., president, REDCO has tripled in size over the past 6 years pursuing larger and more diversified projects. These have included Medical Facilities, Office & Professional buildings, Athletic Centers, Automobile Dealerships, Private Schools, and Child Care Centers. REDCO is also expanding its already strong foundation of industrial construction to include local Warehousing for multinational companies, specialized Laboratory buildings, and Trucking facilities.
Architects Michele Modestino R.A., Roberto Martinez, and Marco DeSousa are making architecturally pleasing buildings a staple of REDCO’s growth. Providing clients with schematic design options and creative ideas throughout the job has enabled REDCO to continually educate clients about various architectural choices and interior designs, and guide them to the solution which best suites their corporate images, personalities, and budgets.
REDCO continues to provide quality designs, professional representation, and fast-tracked construction to more and more satisfied clients. REDCO’s Single Source Responsibility approach to facility design and construction invariably produces architecturally responsible buildings while saving their clients time and money.
